FindEmail Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and ensuring that teammates follow these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

FindEmail may only be used for lawful, permission-based outreach. We prohibit sending spam, harvesting addresses without legitimate interest, or uploading disallowed content. Creating fake accounts, using disposable inboxes, or attempting to circumvent rate limits leads to immediate suspension. Domains tied to abusive registrations may be permanently blocked from registering in the future.

You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, CASL, and other anti-spam or privacy regulations that apply to your region. We may pause access to investigate suspicious activity and will cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

3. Licensed Content & Data Usage

We enrich contact data using publicly available signals, licensed datasets, and customer-submitted information. You may use the exported data solely for legitimate business communications and must delete it if a contact opts out. Scraping, redistributing, or reselling FindEmail data without permission is forbidden.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, & Refund Policy

• Plans, credit allotments, and pricing are listed on the pricing page.
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Taxes may apply based on your billing address and will be added where required.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
• Credits expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.

5. Privacy & Security

We process customer data as described in the Privacy Policy and implement industry-standard safeguards. You must not upload sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, medical data, payment card details) into FindEmail. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create risk for other users. Upon termination you must stop using the service and delete any confidential materials provided by FindEmail.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FindEmail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindEmail and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post updates on this page and, when material, provide additional notice through the app or email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
